PROMOTION PERIOD: The Buy Here Pay You $5,000 Cash Giveaway #5 (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on May 1st, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on August 31st, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:
Open to permanent legal residents of Ohio, 18 years of age or older at time of entry who have a valid driver’s license. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, board members, directors, officers, or agents of Advantage Car & Credit (the “Sponsor”), our affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or any other suppliers to Sponsor and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the households of each, whether or not related, are ineligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER:
1) Automatically via a purchase. Eligible individuals who purchase and take retail delivery of a vehicle during the Promotion Period will automatically receive twenty-five (25) Sweepstakes entries per vehicle purchased. The primary buyer will be the eligible individual for a purchase entry.

2) Automatically via a test drive. Eligible individuals who test drive a vehicle or vehicles, during the Promotion Period, will automatically receive five (5) Sweepstakes entries. Limit one (1) test drive entry per person per day. Limit of three (3) test drive entries per person during the Promotion Period. Locations to enter via a vehicle purchase or test drive:

3) Electronically by going to the Sponsor's Website (www.advantagecarandcredit.com) and completing an online entry form. The online entry form requires, among other items, the entrant’s full name, physical address including zip code, email address, birth date, and phone number on the entry form. Only one electronic entry per person during the Promotion Period. Subsequent online entry attempts will be void and destroyed. By entering electronically, you consent to be contacted by mail, email, or text message for any matter related to your entry, attempted entry, or prize notification in the Sweepstakes. Message and data rates may apply. Electronic entries that follow these instructions will, subject to the possibility of Boost Entries as described below, earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

3) To enter without a purchase, test drive, or electronic entry, you may also enter by mail. To do so, handwrite the following on the front of a 3x5 card: your full name and address, including zip code, email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Insert the card in a stamped #10 envelope and place a first-class stamp on the envelope for sufficient postage, then mail to:

Advantage Car & Credit, 82 N. Allison Ave. Xenia OH 45385. The return address and Advantage Car & Credit mailing address must be handwritten. All mail-in entries must include all requested information (as stated above) to be considered an entry. Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per day during the Promotion Period based on the date of the postmark on entries received. Multiple entries postmarked the same day will not be accepted and will be destroyed. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2024, and received by August 6, 2024. The date of receipt is the date of a mail-in entry, regardless of when the entry was mailed. Mail-in entries received that follow the instructions noted above will, subject to the possibility of Boost Entries as described below, earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. No photocopies, facsimiles, or reproductions of mail-in entries will be accepted. Metered mail will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

4) Entry Booster - At any time during the Promotion Period, the Sponsor may (but is not obligated to) introduce opportunities to amplify the number of entries earned by utilizing a booster system, denoted as (2X), (5X), (10X), and (20X) (each referred to as an “Entry Booster”). When an Entry Booster is activated, Sponsor will increase all entries received during a designated time period (the Boost Entry Period) by multiplying entries by the respective Entry Booster. For instance, a purchase made during a 10X Boost Entry Period will earn 250 entries (25x10=250). The Entry Booster amount and Boost Entry Period will be at the Sponsor's sole discretion and communicated through the Sponsor's Website (www.advantagecarandcredit.com) and/or its social media channels. Prior or subsequent entries not made during a Boost Entry Period will not be boosted, and no additional entries will be made for such entries.

All information must be complete to be eligible. Personal information collected from entrants is used only for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will not be sold or shared in any manner. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the Sweepstakes are prohibited.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING:
A random drawing for the Grand Prize will be conducted on or about September 6th, 2024. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: There is a total of one (1) Grand prize offered in this Sweepstakes with a maximum total value of $5,000.

    Grand Prize Winner is responsible for the payment of all taxes on their prize.

    PRIZE GENERAL RULES:
    Grand Prize Potential Winner will be notified by email, followed by a phone call, on or about September 6, 2024. All potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity and Liability Release, and an IRS Form W-9 within 72 hours of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries. If the potential Winner does not return the required documents within the stated time frame, the potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected. Should the potential Winner (or any alternate potential Winner) decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential Winner, and an alternate potential Winner will be selected. Taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use Winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor alone (and not Facebook or Instagram) owns all entries and any copyrights associated with the entries and Sponsor may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes are to be directed to the Sponsor at the address below.

    WAIVERS, DISCLAIMERS, RELEASES, INDEMNITY: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS (US$5.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS (US$5.00). ENTRANTS WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) ENTRANTS' REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED $5.00, AND ENTRANTS IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES (I) TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING ON ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES, AND (II) TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR,, AFFILIATES, AND SUBSIDIARIES, FACEBOOK, AND INSTAGRAM, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LIABILITY (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES) IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ACTIVITY RELATED THERETO.

    CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION:
    This Sweepstakes is offered only in Ohio and is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Ohio located in Greene County, for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes.
