PROMOTION PERIOD: The Buy Here Pay You $5,000 Cash Giveaway #9 (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on September 1st, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on July 31st, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Open to permanent legal residents of Ohio, 18 years of age or older at time of entry who have a valid driver’s license. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, board members, directors, officers, or agents of Advantage Car & Credit (the “Sponsor”), our affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or any other suppliers to Sponsor and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the households of each, whether or not related, are ineligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER:
1) Automatically via a purchase. Eligible individuals who purchase and take retail delivery of a vehicle during the Promotion Period will automatically receive twenty-five (25) Sweepstakes entries per vehicle purchased. The primary buyer will be the eligible individual for a purchase entry.

2) Automatically via a test drive. Eligible individuals who test drive a vehicle or vehicles during the Promotion Period will automatically receive five (5) Sweepstakes entries. Limit one (1) test drive entry per person per day. Limit of three (3) test drive entries per person during the Promotion Period.

3) Electronically by going to the Sponsor's Website (www.advantagecarandcredit.com) and completing an online entry form. The online entry form requires, among other items, the entrant’s first and last name, email address and phone number. Only one electronic entry per person during the Promotion Period. Subsequent online entry attempts will be void and destroyed. By entering electronically, you consent to be contacted by mail, email, or text message for any matter related to your entry, attempted entry, or prize notification in the Sweepstakes. Message and data rates may apply. Electronic entries that follow these instructions will, subject to the possibility of Boost Entries as described below, earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

4) To enter without a purchase, test drive, or electronic entry, you may also enter by mail. To do so, handwrite the following on the front of a 3x5 card: your full name and address, including zip code, email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Insert the card in a stamped #10 envelope and mail to: Advantage Car & Credit, 82 N. Allison Ave. Xenia OH 45385. The return address and mailing address must be handwritten. All mail-in entries must include all requested information to be considered an entry. Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per day during the Promotion Period based on the postmark date. Multiple entries postmarked the same day will not be accepted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31st, 2026, and received by August 6, 2026. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

5) Entry Booster – Sponsor may introduce opportunities to amplify the number of entries earned using a booster system, such as (2X), (5X), (10X), or (20X). Entries received during a Boost Entry Period will be multiplied accordingly. Booster periods and values are at Sponsor's sole discretion and announced via the Sponsor's website or social media.

All information must be complete to be eligible. Personal information collected is used only to administer the Sweepstakes and will not be sold or shared. Use of automated programs or bots to enter is prohibited.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: A random drawing for the Grand Prize will be conducted on or about August 15th, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize of $5,000 cash.

GRAND PRIZE DETAILS: The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

PRIZE GENERAL RULES: The potential winner will be contacted via email and phone on or about August 15th, 2026. Required documents (Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, IRS Form W-9) must be returned within 72 hours or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. No substitutions, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Acceptance constitutes permission to use winner’s name/likeness for advertising unless prohibited by law. All entries become Sponsor property and will not be returned.

WAIVERS, DISCLAIMERS, RELEASES, INDEMNITY: By entering, entrants agree to resolve any disputes individually (no class actions), limit claims to actual out-of-pocket costs (max $5.00), and waive rights to punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages. Sponsor, its affiliates, and Facebook/Instagram are not liable for any claims arising from participation or prize use. Some legal limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Sweepstakes is governed by Ohio law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Greene County, Ohio courts.
